Service Overview

Sierra Property Guard provides scheduled exterior property visits designed to give you visibility and peace of mind while your property is unattended.
This is a recurring service that includes on-site visits, photo documentation, and clear reporting.
Visits are periodic and do not provide continuous monitoring or real-time surveillance.

What’s Included

Each visit follows a consistent process and may include:
• Full exterior walkthrough of the property
• Visual check of structure, entry points, and surroundings
• Identification of visible issues such as damage, debris, or intrusion
• Monitoring for environmental risks and wildlife activity
• 5–15 timestamped photos
• Optional drone imagery (when conditions allow)
• A clear report with notes after each visit
All services are exterior-only and non-invasive.

Important Limitations

To keep expectations clear, please note:
• We do not perform repairs, maintenance, or remediation
• We do not enter the home or interior spaces unless agreed in writing
• We do not test systems, utilities, or equipment
• We do not guarantee detection of all issues
This service is observational only and should not replace inspections, security systems, or property management.

Property Condition & Risk

Each visit represents a snapshot in time.
• Conditions may change between visits
• Not all issues are visible from the exterior
• Some risks may not be detectable during a visit
You remain responsible for maintaining and securing your property.

Scheduling & Access

Visits are scheduled based on your plan and route efficiency.
• Exact visit times are not guaranteed
• Visits may be delayed due to weather, access issues, or safety concerns
• Safe and clear access to the property must be maintained

Reporting & Communication

After each visit:
• You receive a report with photos and notes
• Reports reflect conditions observed at that time only
• We notify you if any concerns are identified

Payment & Subscription

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Plans continue until canceled
• Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle
• No partial refunds

Liability Overview

Sierra Property Guard is not responsible for:
• Property damage, theft, or vandalism
• Issues that occur between visits
• Undetected or hidden problems
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous billing period.

Final Note

By signing up and submitting payment, you agree to the full Service Agreement.
